I had a fantastic experience buying my first home through Linden 5 years ago, so when it was time to sell and upgrade this time around, she was my first call. We met her when we were looking for a place back in 2015. Our budget was not high, not above $300000. For Linden that didn't matter. She took us to dozens of places within our price range in Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Surrey. It was a long process. To her it didn't matter as she wanted us to get set up with a place that would work for my family. We sure needed her help too as I have a wife, 3 kids, and my mother and father in law with with us! We found our Surrey townhome on Boxing Day 2015, and we were thrilled. Considering what the housing market has done the last few years, friends and family say we won the lottery. I hate so say it but most of my friends from my school days still rent in Vancouver...we own!!! On moving in day Linden has pizza sent to us. She checked in with us the day after moving day, and visited us a few weeks later. she was methodical, detailed, she really didn't leave any stone unturned, and she took us to many possible homes within our price range to ensure we got what we wanted. She was also friendly and fun. I also have to point out that my parents sold their large North Vancouver house back in the summer of 2017 and without much thinking they used Linden. Not sure how else I can say how A+ Linden was as our real estate agent.
